Online Appeals Process
Appeal Information
To appeal against a Parking Charge, please read the below carefully.
If you wish to appeal against a Parking Charge, you must do so within 28 days of the date of notice or within the time period stipulated on the notice / document you have received.
All appeals must detail the reason for the appeal, including your full name, serviceable address, vehicle registration and the Parking Charge number. Please make sure full and correct details are provided as incomplete appeals will not be considered.
Once an appeal has been received, the case will be placed on hold until your case has been considered. If you have supplied an e-mail address, you will normally be notified as to the outcome of your appeal by e-mail. Therefore, please ensure that your e-mail address is correct/serviceable.
We aim to respond in writing or by email (if provided) within 28 days from the date your appeal is received. If your appeal is rejected, then you will be eligible to use the Independent Appeals Service, IAS. Details of how to do so will be made available at the appropriate time. You will also have a further 14 days from the date of our response to pay the discounted rate, provided that you have appealed within the first 14 days of receiving the Parking Charge. If you appeal to the IAS you will lose the right to pay the discounted amount.
APPEALS CANNOT BE CONSIDERED OVER THE TELEPHONE OR BY SENDING AN E-MAIL. WE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPT APPEALS SENT USING THE ONLINE FORM BELOW OR SENT IN WRITING TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED ON THE PARKING CHARGE.
Please check your Junk E-mail folder in case a response to your appeal has been delivered there instead of your Inbox. We advise that you add appeals@parking-tickets.co.uk to your safe senders list to ensure delivery.
All appeals entered by the online form are logged as received Monday – Friday between 9am - 5:30pm (excluding Bank Holidays) and reply timescales relate to these timings. All postal email reply timescales start from when the appeal is opened & logged onto our system. All fields marked with an * are required to be completed.
Please be advised that only one challenge will be acknowledged per Parking Charge. Multiple appeals will not be considered for the same Parking Charge, unless otherwise stated in our response.
